Birthday Week Edition (Week #7)
1) Delicious chocolate mousse birthday cake with strawberries! [On Flickr] 2) My wonderful wonderful boyfriend bought me roses! 3) A surprise present from Jerome—the anime “X” by CLAMP, it’s one of his favs! I really loved the packaging XO 4) A bet I, and no one else, wanted me to win. 5) And another (late) birthday present from my boyfriend, Pokemon White Version!
The funny thing about Pokemon White Version is… I got it a day early! Not mentioning any names, but my boyfriend and I managed to get a copy yesterday instead of today, on the official release date. My brother’s friend told us where to get it and a whole herd of our friends went there to pick it up! If anyone is playing, send me your friend codes in my ask box and I’ll send you mine! I think it’s so great so far. Prior to the Pokemon B&W release, my boyfriend also took me to the Pokemon Mall Tour @ Garden State Plaza and we had so much fun with the stamp rally, playing the demo, and winning/buying merchandise.
I had a fantastic 20th birthday, I really did (minus the bet I didn’t want to win, but I’ve put that behind me now). I know this may sound a bit cliche, but I felt incredibly lucky and loved. Thanks to everyone who made this past week special. ♥
